1. Introduction

ASM Manickam Charitable Trust (A.S.MANICKAM CHARITABLE TRUST) provides scholarship and educational financial assistance to eligible students. The ASM Trust Scholarship app and student portal help applicants submit scholarship forms, upload supporting documents, and track application status.

Throughout this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ASM Manickam Charitable Trust as the Data Controller, unless the context clearly refers to technical services provided by UVISOFT.

• Any technical access by UVISOFT is limited to what is necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the platform on behalf of the Trust.

If you request access, correction, or deletion of your data, ASM Manickam Charitable Trust as Data Controller will handle your request in accordance with applicable law and trust policy.
